Oh So Special Biko Espesyal Recipe

In a pan, combine NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada. Cook drained malagkit rice in the pan, adding water if necessary. When malagkit rice is cooked and fluffy, remove from pan and transfer into a large rectangular baking pan lined with slightly greased foil.

To prepare topping, heat butter and blend in the flour. Pour in NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada. Add brown sugar and stir occasionally until mixture thickens.

Pour prepared topping onto the prepared rice. Bake uncovered in a pre-heated 350°F oven for 30-45 minutes or until topping turns golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
