Oh-So-Savory Chunky Pudding

In a pre-heated pan, sauté bacon and chorizo until fat is rendered. Add chopped onions and cook until translucent. Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Set aside to cool.

Slice bread into 1/2 inch slices. Butter both sides, then cut each slice in half diagonally.

Grease a 9"x3" ovenproof dish with remaining butter. Combine cooled bacon and chorizo with bread and 1 cup cheddar cheese. Spread onto the bottom of each dish.

In a large bowl, whisk together NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, NESTLÉ® Fresh Milk, eggs, and pepper. Pour over bread slices. Sprinkle remaining Cheddar cheese over this mixture. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 350-F. Remove dish from refrigerator while oven is preheating. Remove plastic wrap then cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and allow to rest for 40 minutes -- the pudding will finish cooking. Serve warm.
