Combine Graham crackers and sugar. Add melted butter and mix until combined. Press into individual serving cups and chill for at least 15 minutes.

Add cream cheese, sugar, salt, fresh lemon juice and vanilla powder to a bowl and beat until smooth.

Add cream cheese mixture to NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and beat until incorporated. Gently fold in crushed cookies. Transfer to individual serving cups with a slight mound at the center. Chill for at least 6 hours or overnight.
