Check

Combine Nestlé Fresh Milk, water, Nestlé Carnation Condensada, cloves, cinnamon stick, nutmeg and vanilla extract in a pan. Bring to a gentle simmer and cook for 5mins.

Whisk egg yolk in a large bowl. Gradually stir in hot milk. Strain back mixture in the same pan. Cook over low heat until mixture is slightly thick and coating the back of the spoon.

Stir in Nestlé All Purpose Cream. Gently simmer for another 2mins.

Pour into a serving pitcher. Set aside to cool completely. Refrigerate overnight before serving
