Fresh Lemongrass Cooler

Crush and grind lemongrass stalk. In a pan, bring 300 ml water to a boil. Add crushed lemongrass stalk to the boiling water.

Remove the mixture from heat and allow it to cool.

In a pitcher, pour contents of 19g sachet of NESTEA Iced Tea Lemon, 500 ml water, and lemon juice. Stir vigorously.

Add the cooled lemongrass mixture into the pitcher and mix it well.

Blend the mixture in blender for 5 seconds until frothy.

Pour the prepared mixture into a serving glass filled with ice. Garnish the drink with either a lemongrass stalk or a lemon slice.

Serve the dish and enjoy the flavors.
