Creamy Blondies

Pre heat oven at 350ᴼF. (30mins)

Whisk melted butter, NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and brown sugar until smooth . Add egg and vanilla extract. Continue to whisk until smooth. Set aside. (2mins)

Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl. Stir in wet ingredients until just combined. Do not over mix. (3mins)

Greased a baking pan with butter and line with parchment paper. Pour the mixture and bake for 25 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean when inserted in the middle of the blondies. (25mins)

Set aside to cool. Remove from the pan and peel off the parchment paper. Cut into servings and serve. (10mins)
