Cookies and Cream Crepe Cake

Whisk flour, salt, eggs, NESTLÉ® Fresh Milk, and melted butter in a bowl until smooth. (5 minutes)

Preheat a non-stick pan and pour enough batter to cover the bottom of the pan. Swirl and cook over low heat. Flip to cook the other side. Make around 7-9 pcs of crepes. Set aside to cool. (15 minutes)

Whip NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada until light and smooth. Whisk in half of cookies and cream. (10 minutes)

Assemble crepe cake by spreading whipped cream mixture on every piece of crepe. (10 minutes)

Top crepe cake with crushed cookies and cream. Refrigerate overnight.
