Amazing Apple Cookies Recipe

Preheat oven to 350-F. Grease and line cookie sheets.

In a bowl, sift together flour and crushed cornflakes. Set aside.

Using a mixer on medium speed, beat butter with sugar, egg, vanilla, and NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream. Fold in dry ingredients and beat lightly until a soft dough is formed.

Shape dough into small balls. Arrange 1-2 inches apart in the cookie sheet and flatten using the back of the spoon. Place a small amount of apple filling in the center, then reshape into balls.

Bake for 12-15 minutes or until light brown.
