ALTERNATE INGREDIENT
Cassava and taro may also be added in cooking Ginataang Bilo-bilo.
EASIER STEPS
Mash some of the ube and mix in the Ginataang Bilo-bilo to make the dish thicker and more filling.
SIMPLY GOOD TIP
Pandan leaves may be added while simmering Ginataang Bilo-bilo for more flavor.
