White Chocolate Cake

Combine NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and water in a pot. Bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in white chocolate chips. Set aside to cool. (5mins)

Sift all purpose flour, baking powder and salt together. (1min)

Whip butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla. Continue to whip until smooth. Add dry ingredients alternately with the cream mixture. (5mins)

Pour into a round cake pan lined with parchment paper. Bake in a 320ᴼF preheated oven for 30 – 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean after inserting in the middle of the cake. Set aside to cool completely. (1hour)

For the white chocolate mousse, whip NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream until light and fluffy. Fold in whipped cream to melted chocolate. Refrigerate until use. (10mins)

Cut cake horizontally in half and fill each layer with white chocolate mousse.

For the ganache, combine white chocolate chips and NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream in double boiler mix until smooth. (10mins)

Pour ganache to the cake and chill for 2 hours.
