fish fillet, defrost, pat dry and cut into strips

MAGGI® Magic Sarap® 8g

All Purpose Flour

eggs, beaten

box 150g NESTLÉ® Gold Corn Flakes, crushed

1 cup

Vegetable Oil

1 packet

NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, 125ml, chilled

2 cloves

garlic, minced

1 tablespoon

Lemon Juice

1/4 teaspoons

fine salt

1/4 teaspoons

Freshly ground pepper

sliced spring onion

Season fish fillet with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Coat well with flour, dip in beaten egg and coat with NESTLÉ Gold Corn Flakes . Set aside for 2mins. Dip again in egg and coat again with NESTLÉ Gold Corn Flakes.
