Ingredients:
4 slices bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 tbsp butter
1 pc small onion, chopped
3⁄4 cup short grain rice
2 1⁄2 cups water
1 pc MAGGI® Magic Chicken Cube
4 tbsp cheese
1 tbsp chopped parsley
Procedure:
1. Sauté bacon in butter in the electric pot until golden brown. Strain and set aside.
2. Add onion and cook for 1 min. Add rice and cook for another minute.
3. Pour water, stir and cover to cook for 20 mins while stirring occasionally.
4. Crumble and stir in MAGGI® Magic Chicken Cube. Stir in cheese, parsley and bacon and cook for another 2 mins.
5. Serve in the electric pot to enjoy warm.
Ingredients:
6 pcs dried shitake mushroom
1 tbsp butter
¼ kg boneless chicken thigh, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 pc small onion, chopped
2 cups water
1 pc MAGGI® Magic Chicken Cube
1 sachet MAGGI® Oyster Sauce 30g
1 tbsp sliced spring onion
2 tbsp parmesan cheese
Procedure:
1. Soak mushrooms in 1⁄2 cup of hot water for 5 mins. Squeeze water out, cut off mushroom stem and slice. Reserve mushroom liquid.
2. Sauté chicken in butter in the electric pot for 1min. Remove and set aside.
3. Add onion and cook for 1 min. Add rice and cook for another minute.
4. Pour mushroom liquid and water, stir and cover to cook for 20 mins while stirring occasionally.
5. Add sautéed chicken. Crumble and stir in MAGGI® Magic Chicken Cube. Add in MAGGI® Oyster Sauce, spring onion and parmesan cheese.
6. Serve in the electric pot to enjoy warm.
Ingredients:
¼ kg chicken wings, cut in half
1 sachet MAGGI® Magic Sarap® 8g
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 thumb-size ginger, cut into strips
1 pc small onion, chopped
½ cup glutinous rice, rinsed and drained
3 cups water
½ tbsp kasubha
1pc MAGGI® Magic Chicken Cube
Toppings:
2 pcs egg, medium boiled
1 tbsp toasted garlic
2 tbsp sliced spring onion
3 pcs calamansi, sliced open
Procedure:
1. Season chicken with 1⁄2 sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Saute ́ in oil in an electric pot for 1 min. Remove and set aside.
2. Sauté garlic, ginger and onion in the same electric pot. Add rice and cook for 1 min. Pour water, stir in kasubha, cover and cook for 30 mins. Stir occasionally.
3. Crumble MAGGI® Magic Chicken Cube and stir into the pot. Add remaining 1⁄2 sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and chicken wings. Simmer for another 15 mins.
4. Top with egg, toasted garlic and spring onion. Serve in the electric pot with calamansi.
Ingredients:
¼ kg boneless skinless thigh
½ sachet MAGGI® Magic Sarap® 8g
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 thumb-size ginger, minced
½ pc onion, chopped
¼ kg jasmine rice, rinsed and drained
2 cups water
1 pc MAGGI® Magic Chicken Cubes
3 stalks cilantro, picked
Chili Sauce:
½ cup water
½ sachet MAGGI® Magic Sarap® 8g
2 cloves garlic, peeled
½ pc onion, peeled
1 thumb-size ginger, peeled
2 pcs red chili
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
Procedure:
1. Season chicken with 1⁄2 sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Lightly sauté chicken in oil in an electric pot. Remove and set aside.
2. Add garlic, ginger and onion in the same electric pot and sauté for 1min. Add rice and continue to cook for another minute. Pour water and crumble MAGGI® Magic Chicken Cube. Stir and cook for 10 mins.
3. Place chicken on top, cover and continue to cook for 10 mins. Turn off heat and set aside for 10 mins.
4. Meanwhile, combine water, MAGGI® Magic Sarap®, garlic, onion, ginger, red chili sugar and sesame oil in a blender. Purée until smooth. Pour into a saucepan and simmer for 1 min. Transfer into a serving dish.
5. Top Chicken Rice with cilantro and serve in the same electric pot with chili sauce.
Ingredients:
¼ kg boneless skinless thighs, cut in half
1 tbsp vegetable oil

½ kg rice, rinsed drained well
3 cups water
2 pcs MAGGI® Magic Chicken Cubes
1 pc small carrot, sliced
2 pc small red and green bell peppers, cut into strips
2 cups water
Procedure:
1. Heat oil in a rice cooker and sauté chicken until light golden brown. Remove and set aside.
2. Sauté garlic, onion and tomato paste in the same rice cooker.
3. Stir in rice. Pour water and add MAGGI® Magic Chicken Cubes. Gently stir and cook for 15 mins.
4. Add carrots and bell peppers. Set aside for 10 mins.
5. Serve One Pot Afritada Rice in the same rice cooker to keep warm.
Ingredients:
¼ kg boneless skinless thighs, cut in half

3 tbsp MAGGI Oyster Sauce
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp brown sugar
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 cups rice, rinsed and drained well
1 ½ cups water
1 bundle kangkong, picked tender stems and leaves
2 pcs medium-boiled egg, cut in half
Procedure:
1. Marinate chicken with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®, MAGGI® Oyster Sauce, vinegar, sugar and garlic.
2. Heat oil in a rice cooker and sauté chicken until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
3. Add rice and remaining marinade. Cook for 2mins.
4. Pour water, stir, cover and cook for 15 mins.
5. Place kangkong and sautéed chicken. Cover and cook for another 5 mins.
6. Place egg on top and serve in the same rice cooker to keep warm.
